Mobility Business Innovation Contest (M-BIC) 2023 is now set to take place.
This year's theme is "Automated Mobility" and entries will be accepted from April 1st.
The "Mobility Business Innovation Contest (M-BIC)," which was first held in 2022, will be held again in 2023.The contest, sponsored by the Mobility Innovation Alliance, is based on the concept of "using automated mobility to improve society and make the future more interesting". It will feature business plans that utilize automated mobility, such as self-driving cars and drones, as a means to transform society. "Mobility Business Innovation Contest 2022” Interim presentation session was held.
On October 10, 2022, the "Mobility Business Innovation Contest (M-BIC) 2022" interim presentation session was held. 13 student teams proposed new business models utilizing automated driving, & the judges provided advice for the final judging session. Overview of the Interim Presentations The interim presentation was positioned as a co-hosted event of the SIP-adus Workshop 2022, it was held in a hybrid format using both the venue at Imadegawa Campus in Doshisha University, & an online session. A total of 47 people, including 30 students from 10 universities, graduate schools, & technical colleges across Japan & 17 other participants, gathered at the venue, & 54 people participated online. SIP-adus Workshop 2022 which Mobility Innovation Alliance Japan is one of the organizers, begins its registration on July 27th. SIP-adus Workshop 2022 is the final year of the second phase of SIP.
