Registration for Mobility Innovation Workshop 2026 is now open!

Mobility Innovation Workshop 2026, the fourth edition of the event, will once again be held under the theme “Co-creating Life-centric Mobility for Tomorrow.” The two-day Plenary Session will take place at the Sapporo Convention Center, followed by Breakout Workshops at Hokkaido University on the third day, where participants will engage in broader discussions on mobility innovation, including automated driving. On the afternoon of the third day, a joint session with “ITS Symposium (Domestic event in Japan, scheduled for November 12–13)” organized by ITS Japan will also be held at Hokkaido University.

The event will provide an opportunity to share initiatives and experiences from different regions around the world and deepen discussions on mobility from a wide range of perspectives, including technology, policy and regulatory frameworks, and societal aspects, while exploring new possibilities for international collaboration. It will also offer a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas on the future of mobility and to network with experts and stakeholders from Japan and abroad.
