Timothy Haile

Executive Director, Contra Costa Transportation Authority, USA

Tim Haile is the Executive Director of the Contra Costa Transportation Authority. CCTA is Contra Costa’s designated Congestion Management Agency, responsible for putting programs in place to keep traffic levels manageable and works to plan, fund, and implement innovative transit programs that strengthen our diverse communities and improve the lives of residents. He is an award-winning transportation expert and advocate for redefining mobility. Tim has a proven track record of being a champion of change and strives to advance emerging technologies and transportation solutions that are safe, equitable, sustainable, and accessible.
His people centered mobility approach has developed award winning programs, such as Innovate 680, to connect communities providing customer focused mobility options to travelers by understanding people’s needs through travel behavior research and encourage travelers to move toward shared mobility.
Tim is a recognized industry leader in connected and autonomous vehicles through GoMentum Station, the largest autonomous vehicle testing facility in the Country, and deployments in Contra Costa County including the first shared autonomous vehicles open and free to the public in the Bay Area.
Through his leadership, CCTA created the Dynamic Personal Microtransit autonomous vehicle project, a 28-mile connected autonomous vehicle network to support public transportation being delivered through a public private partnership.
In recognition of his knowledge and outstanding leadership, Tim received the 2023 ITS Distinguished Award for Advancement of Research and Innovation from Berkeley Institute of Transportation Studies. In 2021, he was nationally recognized by Government Technology publication for Innovative Leadership.

Henry L. Greenidge

Principal, OurMobilityFuture, LLC, USA

Henry L. Greenidge is a leader in mobility and urban technology, with a focus on autonomous transportation, electric vehicles, and e-mobility. He currently serves as Head of Public Policy at Cruise, where he shapes policy for autonomous vehicles, & is Principal of OurMobileFuture, LLC, a consulting firm advancing urban mobility solutions. Previously, Henry was Executive Vice President at Tusk Strategies and Head of Public Affairs for REEF Technology, where he developed innovative policies related to transportation & logistics. His extensive government experience includes roles at the NYC Mayor’s Office, the NYC Department of Transportation, the U.S. Department of Transportation, & the White House Office of Management & Budget. Henry is passionate about creating sustainable & equitable urban mobility solutions.

Joaquim Taiber

Managing Director, International Alliance for Mobility Testing Standards, Austrla

Takuya Horikawa

Manager, Business Development, BOLDLY Inc., Japan

Takuya Horikawa is currently a manager at Mobility Service Section of SoftBank Corp. as well as a manager at Business Development Section of BOLDLY Inc., a SoftBank-funded startup company leading the commercial deployment of autonomous driving vehicles in Japan. Prior to joining BOLDLY/SoftBank, Horikawa worked for Yamaha Motor for 10 years in charge of sales, marketing and business development in Japan, Singapore and Canada. He received his BA in Political Science from Waseda University in 2008 and his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2020.

Ko Miyoshi

CSO (Chief Strategy Officer), Tier IV, Japan

Ko Miyoshi, with expertise in infrastructure projects and private equity, leads TIER IV’s corporate strategy and business development for autonomous driving solutions. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a LLB from Keio University.

Hideaki Yokomizo

Director and Executive Officer at WILLER, Inc., Japan

Hideaki has worked for decades at the intersection of transportation/travel and internet/e-commerce, including various positions at Tokyu Corporation, McKinsey & Co., Rakuten Travel, and Apple.
He holds MBA from New York University.
