Important Notes
1) The Plenary Session on November 9–10 is limited to 200 participants due to venue capacity. The welcome reception (Nov. 9) and lunch (Nov. 10) are included in the registration fee.
2) Please note that all sessions will be held in English.
3) Credit cards will be accepted for the payment of the registration fee. Please note that cancellations and refunds are not available once registration is completed, due to administrative processing and venue arrangements.
4) Agreement with the Privacy Policy is required for the registration.
5) Special event on November 6 will be held in Odaiba-area, Tokyo. Capacity is limited. Registration will close once capacity is reached.
6) Due to limited room capacity, we may not be able to accommodate all requests to join the Breakout Workshop on November 11. Registration for the Breakout Workshop will close on October 30 (Friday).
7) Capacity for the Networking Reception on November 11 is limited. Registration will close once capacity is reached.
8) Capacity for the Technical Tour on November 12 is limited. Registration will close once capacity is reached.
